2. What you are buying
Transxlate is a WordPress plugin that makes your site multilingual. You are not buying a physical product — you are buying a time-limited digital license that unlocks Pro features, updates and support for a set number of websites.
3. Delivery
- Method: Digital delivery only. Your license key and download link are created automatically after payment is confirmed.
- Timeframe: Instant — usually within a few minutes of a successful iyzico payment.
- Where you receive it:
- Your account dashboard
- Email to the address used at checkout
- Plugin download from your account area
- Shipping fees: None — this is a digital product.
4. Refunds and withdrawal
Turkish distance-sales rules may limit withdrawal once digital content delivery has started with your consent. In addition, we offer the following refund policy for customer satisfaction:
4.1. 15-day money-back guarantee
If Transxlate Pro is not right for you, request a full refund within 15 days of purchase — no questions asked.
4.2. How to request a refund
- Email info@transxlate.com from the address you used to purchase.
- Include your license key or order date.
- We deactivate the license and issue a refund to your original payment method via iyzico.
- Depending on your bank, refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
4.3. What is not refunded
- Charges from Google Cloud or DeepL for translation usage on your own API key (billed directly by those providers).
- Renewal periods older than 15 days from the purchase date.
4.4. After a refund
A refund ends your license, but translations already stored in your WordPress database remain on your site and keep working with the plugin’s base functionality.
