Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Transxlate website and the Transxlate plugin. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to them.

1. The product

Transxlate is a WordPress plugin that translates your website using a translation API key that you provide (Google Cloud Translation or DeepL). The plugin code is licensed under the GPL v2 or later. What you purchase is a time-limited license that unlocks Pro features, automatic updates and priority support.

2. Licenses & activations

  • Each license covers a fixed number of websites, shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • You may deactivate a site at any time to free a slot for another site.
  • When a license expires the plugin keeps working and your translations remain. Pro features, updates and priority support pause until you renew.

3. Payments & renewals

  • Payments are processed securely by iyzico. Prices are shown at checkout and charged once per chosen period (monthly, 6-month or yearly).
  • Plans do not auto-renew. You renew manually whenever you choose — we will never charge your card without you initiating a purchase.

4. Translation provider costs

Automatic translation uses your own Google or DeepL account. Any charges from those providers are billed by them directly to you and are independent of your Transxlate license. We add no markup and have no access to your provider billing.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, re-license or redistribute license keys; attempt to circumvent license validation; or use the service for unlawful content. We may suspend licenses that abuse the update or license infrastructure.

6. Refunds

All paid plans include a 15-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for details.

7. Warranty & liability

The plugin is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it compatible with current WordPress versions, but we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Always keep backups of your site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current license period.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date above.
