If Transxlate is not right for you, tell us within 15 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount — no questions asked, no forms to fight through.

How to request a refund

1. Email info@transxlate.com from the address you purchased with, including your license key or order date.
2. We confirm the request and deactivate the license.
3. The refund is issued to your original payment method via iyzico. Depending on your bank, it appears within 5–10 business days.

What is not covered

• Charges from Google Cloud or DeepL for translation usage on your own API key — those are billed by the providers directly and are outside our control.
• Renewal periods older than 15 days.

Your translations stay yours

A refund deactivates your license, but translations already stored in your database remain on your site and keep working. That is how the product is designed.
