Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into electronically between the Seller identified below and the Buyer who purchases a digital license through this website, in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer protection law (Law No. 6502) and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1.2. Buyer (Customer)
The natural or legal person who provides name, email, billing address and contact details during checkout.
Article 2 — Subject of the agreement
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of a Transxlate WordPress plugin Pro digital license, ordered electronically on transxlate.com.
Article 3 — Product / service details
- Product: Transxlate Pro license (WordPress translation plugin)
- Type: Digital content / software license (no physical shipment)
- Features: Site activations, unlimited languages, Pro modules, updates and support — see the Pricing page for the current plan list.
- License term: Monthly, 6-month or yearly, depending on the plan purchased
- Translation API costs: Automatic translation requires your own Google or DeepL API key. Provider fees are billed directly by those services, not by us.
Article 4 — Date and price
- Agreement date: The date payment is completed via iyzico
- Price: The amount shown at checkout and in the order summary
- Payment method: Credit or debit card through iyzico secure payment
- Auto-renewal: Plans do not auto-renew. You renew manually when you choose.
Article 5 — Delivery
5.1. The digital license is fulfilled immediately after payment is confirmed.
5.2. Delivery means generating your license key, showing it in your account dashboard, and/or emailing it to your registered address.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
6.1. By completing your order, you may expressly request immediate delivery of digital content. Where permitted by law, this may limit the statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
6.2. We also offer a 15-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. Refund terms are on the Delivery & Returns page.
6.3. Refund requests must be sent in writing to info@transxlate.com.
Article 7 — General terms
- You confirm that you reviewed the product features, price, payment and delivery terms before ordering.
- Reselling, sublicensing or circumventing license validation is prohibited.
- When a license expires, the plugin and stored translations keep working; Pro features, updates and priority support pause until renewal.
- The software is provided “as is”. You are responsible for backing up your site.
Article 8 — Dispute resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Yalova (Central), Turkey. Consumer rights under applicable law remain reserved.
Article 9 — Effect
By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this agreement electronically. The agreement takes effect when payment succeeds.
